For the 400 series the power of the raw flame is electronically divided into 12 levels. Each power setting is reliably replicable, day after day. All offer flash frying and wok power alongside extremely gentle simmering. Should the flame blow out for any reason, it is automatically reignited; if this fails, the gas is switched off.
